HONEYPARK
All of the Cosgrave PRS developments including Neptune (197 Apartments), Leona (160 Apartments) and Charlotte (159 Apartments) in Honeypark, Dun Laoghaire and their latest PRS offering Bridgefield (216 Apartments) in Santry have their electricity supplied to them by Pinergy and they are all using our smart metering technology. This enables tenants to see the real time cost of using electrical appliances and to understand their electricity usage. 32% of our customers have reduced their usage by 20% or more.
PAUL O’CONNELL VISIT
I recently brought our brand ambassador and Irish rugby legend Paul O’Connell to meet Mick Cosgrave of Cosgrave Property Group on-site in Honeypark. Paul was delighted to see our smart metering technology in the apartments and the Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems in the plant rooms which are simultaneously generating electricity on-site as well as supplying all of the apartments with hot water. Any excess electricity generated by the CHP on-site can be sold to the grid through Pinergy.
