If eligible for the SEAI grant, you must register for the grant https://mgen.seai.ie/.
Sign the proposal and the sales contract.
Accounts will send you a Deposit Request for your booking fee. If you are availing of Finance Irelands offer, you will make your deposit through their system.
We will send your NC6 form and other documentation to ESBN before your installation is completed. This informs ESBN that you are a micro-generator and is part of the registration for the feed-in tariff.
Once your booking fee is confirmed, Accounts will confirm receipt of deposit to you by email and our Operations team will be in touch asap to schedule an installation date. (Please notean installation date won’t be provided until the SEAI application has been made, if eligible)
Once your install date is confirmed, you will receive a further request for payment of 50% of the total amount.
If you are grant eligible and wish for us to complete the BER assessment on your behalf, we will arrange for a BER assessor to complete the assessment. This is needed for your grant submission. Our BER partners will be in touch with you about a BER date. We will include the BER certificate with all other documentation in relation to your installation when the installation is complete and final payment has been received.
Once your system is installed and commissioned, we will send you a final payment request for the remaining 50% of the total amount.
Once full payment has been received, we will complete the grant processing and application to SEAI and issue you with all documentation associated with your installation and grant application.
