Pinergy, the energy transition company, has transferred its residential solar installation business to Mitros from November 1st, following a strategic review of its solar division. The residential solar business including valued employees, assets, equipment and its premises in Killanne, Co Wexford will now form a key platform for Mitros’ ambitious regional expansion plans in the residential solar market.
As a leading designer & installer of Commercial Solar PV projects, Pinergy’s team of commercial solar consultants will continue to support its national client base from its offices in Enniscorthy Technology Park. Pinergy will further invest in its commercial Solar PV proposition to scale and grow it, from its base in Co. Wexford, helping its customers on their energy transition.
Pinergy’s residential solar installations from November 3rd will be delivered by Mitros as part of a new co-operation agreement between the two businesses. All customers directly affected by the transfer of Pinergy’s residential solar business to Mitros have been communicated with on an individual basis. Staff in Pinergy’s residential solar business will transfer to Mitros under the agreement.
