1. Scope of Work

Pinergy Solar agrees to supply and install a Solar PV system as per the quotation provided. The system will be installed at the above-listed property following an approved site survey.

2. Payment Terms

• A deposit of €100 is required before installation.
• The Balance of 80% must be made upon confirmation of your installation date.
• The Final Balance of 20% must be paid upon commissioning of the system and prior to BER assessment and Grant Documentation publication.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer or card.

3. Grants & Incentives

• The customer is responsible for applying for any available grants unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Pinergy Solar is not liable if the customer’s grant application is rejected or if the customer doesn’t apply for it before commencement of the works.
• We will supply all relevant information and paperwork to the SEAI on your behalf, this will be completed within two weeks of the date of final payment.

4. Installation & Warranty

• Installation will be scheduled within an agreed timeframe, subject to weather and other external factors.
• All equipment comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, and installation workmanship is guaranteed for two years.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 20 days before installation.
• Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer must ensure access to the property and provide accurate information regarding roof structure and electrical setup.
• Any additional costs due to unforeseen issues (e.g., electrical upgrades) will be communicated before proceeding.

7. Liability

Pinergy Solar is not responsible for any structural weaknesses of the property or for unforeseen site conditions affecting installation.

8. Agreement

By signing below, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms & conditions of Pinergy Solar. You also confirm by signing the below that Pinergy are the PSCS & PSDC on your job.
