Unfortunately we experienced a difficulty with our payment system which may have impacted the processing of your payment via the App or the incorrect information displaying on your App.

The issue is now resolved however it is important that you check your balance as soon as possible to ensure there are no issues with your electricity supply.

You can check your balance using your In Home Display (IHD). To find out how watch our video or please follow the below steps:

  1. Access the Menu screen
  2. Touch the Electricity Symbol
