Mount Argus
Mount Argus, Harolds Cross, Dublin is the third PRS scheme that Pinergy has conducted with Patrizia. This development consists of 166 apartments that are all fitted with Pinergy Smart Meters. It was originally developed by Marlet Property Group before it was sold to Patrizia.
What did Pinergy do?
Pinergy were able to provide data for the entire scheme through our smart meter technology, to enable tenants to have a daily view of their actual consumption. Property managers Hooke and MacDonald were also provided a landlord portal which hugely reduced the administration involved during tenant changeovers.
David Egan, Asset Manager for Patrizia said that the energy insights provided by Pinergy have helped him reduce the overall carbon footprint for the entirety of the site. “I can see exactly how much electricity each tenant is using at any given time by
logging onto the Energy Manager, it’s a game changer”.
