The first big scheme that Pinergy undertook with LSH was the ‘West Pier Business Campus’ development in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin. This was a multi tenanted office campus spaced over 10 floors. The site itself has an annual kwh usage of 800,000 kwh.

With Pinergy, LSH can get regular data insights by using our smart technology and portal. Pinergy Smart meters were placed on each floor of the building to give precise data analytics and ‘actual’ usage readings by floor.Our smart meters have solved two main issues for Lambert Smith Hampton.

• Billing – Lambert Smith Hampton now know the exact usage per tenant per month for pilling purposes.
• Energy Efficiency – LSH and the tenants can now monitor their actual usage in periods of 30-minute usage, all year round.
