Pembr, a provider of serviced workspaces in Dublin City Centre, has signed a 24-month corporate power purchase agreement (CPPA) with Pinergy, brokered by Procure.ie, Ireland’s leading energy broker. The agreement makes Pembr the first flexible workspace provider in Ireland to sign a CPPA directly linked to an Irish wind farm.
Under the agreement, 100% of the electricity supplied to Pembr’s full property portfolio will come directly from Largan Hill Wind Farm in Co. Roscommon, providing 1 GWh of renewable power annually.
Pembr manages 30 properties across Dublin and provides workspace solutions to international businesses including Expedia, ClickUp, Rippling, Significant Health and Munich Re, alongside Irish companies. By securing a direct CPPA, Pembr allows tenant companies in its buildings to report verified Scope 2 green electricity usage without needing to manage their own utility contracts.

Thomas Lenehan (Co-Owner) at Pembr, said: “Partnering with Pinergy gives our business and our clients clear visibility over where our electricity comes from. Sourcing power directly from Largan Hill Wind Farm supports our environmental commitments across our Dublin properties. Meeting sustainability targets can be difficult for companies that do not manage their own buildings. This agreement allows our clients to benefit directly from traceable Irish wind energy for their corporate sustainability reporting.”
This transition to traceable green energy will result in carbon emission reductions equivalent to offsetting approximately 198 tonnes.
The agreement forms part of Pinergy’s Guarantee of Origin product, giving Pembr direct energy traceability from the Roscommon wind farm. Pembr also uses Pinergy’s Acutrace energy and utility measurement technology across selected locations to monitor and manage consumption patterns and to support in ESG reporting as required.
The agreement was brokered by Procure.ie, Pembr’s energy advisory partner.
Shane Maguire, Senior Energy Consultant at Pinergy commented that “We are pleased to expand our relationship with Pembr through this 24-month agreement. Pembr is taking practical steps to manage its energy use while supporting the energy transition in Ireland. We are seeing a continued rise in demand from organisations looking to underpin their operations with traceable, Irish-sourced renewable energy and we expect this demand to grow substantially over the coming years.”
John Small, Sales Director at Procure said: “We are pleased to have facilitated this agreement between Pembr and Pinergy. Working together, we identified a structure that meets Pembr’s operational requirements while securing renewable electricity supply from an Irish wind farm.”
The partnership with Pembr is a significant addition to Pinergy’s growing CPPA portfolio. To date, Pinergy has secured corporate power purchase agreements for more than 300 million kilowatt hours of annual Irish wind generation under its Guarantee of Origin offering.

Pinergy is currently reviewing its commercial project pipeline to help businesses nationwide fast-track their applications and capitalise on the nine-month incentive window. The company continues to provide end-to-end solar solutions for commercial clients, combining site feasibility, grid application management, Tier-1 hardware installation, and smart export tariffs through its unique, integrated energy model.
