Early Exit Charges

Charges on your account if you exit early.

If you switch to another supplier before your Pinergy contract end date, you will be liable for an early exit fee as follows:

  • DG1 and DG2 connections: €150

  • DG5 connections: €2,000

  • DG6 connections: €10,000

  • DG7 connections: the lower of:

    1. Four (4) months of usage at €0.10 per kWh (based on your average usage over the previous three (3) months), or

    2. The remaining charges due under your Agreement for the rest of the fixed term.

This early termination fee is a genuine pre-estimate of the loss and administrative costs Pinergy will incur as a result of early termination.

Both parties acknowledge that this fee is not a penalty.

In addition, you must also pay any outstanding amounts owed on your account at the time of termination.

Effective for any customer termination initiated from September 2025.
