€10,000 Solar Panel Install Competition

1. The prize is an installation of Pinergy Solar Electric solar panels up to the value of €10,000.
2. Prize is available to those who complete the online entry form from 24th April 2024 – 1s June 2024.
3. Houses will be validated on feasibility at the event (access to and suitability of the roof). If the property is suitable for installing PV and client would like to have the install completed, a site survey will be scheduled.
4. Not available for houses deemed not feasible by the Pinergy Solar team at the event.
5. To be eligible for the prize, the site survey & install must be completed by September 2024.
6. If a site survey is completed and the house is deemed not feasible for a solar installation, entrant will not be eligible to redeem the prize.
7. Winner will be announced on the 11th June 2024.
8. The information, including personal data, which participants submit to enter the Promotion, will be used by the Promoter to run the promotion including contacting the winner.
9. The Promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over. Excluded are employees and their families of Pinergy and its subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
10. The Promotion is limited to one entry per house. No entrant may enter more than once.
11. Winners will be contacted via the phone number provided.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Promoter retains sole discretion to withhold prizes without liability if in its view a winner is ineligible, the entry is invalid or a winner does not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control.
15. Munster Rugby Jersey Competition

Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Duration : 

The competition commences at 9am February 3rd 2024 and closes at 3pm on Tuesday February 6th. Winner will be announced at 4pm on 8th February 2024.

Eligibility to enter : 

Entry is open only to those who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Competition excludes directors, management, employees and their immediate families of Pinergy and its related affiliate companies.

The prize includes one signed Munster Rugby Jersey.

This prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. All Irish Sport Competition – Win 4x Tickets to Munster Rugby v Crusaders

Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Duration : 

The competition commences at 3pm on 30^th January 2024 and closes at 2pm on 1 February 2024. Winner will be announced at 4pm on 1^st February 2024.

Eligibility to enter : 

Entry is open only to those who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Competition excludes directors, management, employees and their immediate families of Pinergy and its related affiliate companies.

The prize includes 4 tickets to the game on 3^rd February. The prize does not include travel insurance, meals, taxes not included in the price of the ticket, adhoc ground transportation, flights, accommodation or any other costs of a personal nature.

This prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. Ideal Homes – Kids Colouring Competition

1. The prize is a €100 Smyths Toys egift card for age group of 2-5 years and a €100 Smyths Toys egift card for age group 6-12 years.
2. Prize is available to entrants who complete the Ideal Home Show Colouring Competition and submit a full image of the colouring with all relevant information to marketing@pinergy.ie.
3. Closing date for entry is midnight of 3rd November 2023.
4. No purchase necessary for entry into the Promotion. Entries received after the relevant closing date will not be accepted.
5. The Promotion is open to residents of Ireland only who are within the age groups of 2-5 years and 6-12 years. Excluded are employees and their families of Pinergy and its subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.

A. Prize available to entrants who complete the ‘Best sustainability idea’ question and register their contact details on Pinergy.ie during The Energy Show (March 29th & 30th). All actions must be taken to qualify.

B. These terms are in addition to the generic Pinergy competition Terms and Conditions.

C. No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of stated prize(s).
