DNG Gillespie Lowe is an Irish owned estate agent of over 1,000 units. John Lowe and John Gillespie have successfully managed their residential and letting operations as well as their property management portfolios for 30 years. In 2011 DNG Lettings rebranded as DNG Gillespie Lowe to become part of the nationwide franchise operation and they’ve been growing ever since.

Gillespie Lowe currently have over 200 units being supplied electricity by Pinergy with an additional 100 units in the pipeline for 2020. Their portfolio consists mainly of 2 and 3 bed apartments and family homes across Dublin.

Niall Clarke, head of new business for Gillespie Lowe said they have seen reduced administration work and costs since switching to Pinergy. No meter reads need to be taken when a tenant is leaving and there’s no need to change names between tendencies.
