Pinergy, the smart energy provider of clean electricity, welcomes the publication by the Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) of its 2020 Annual Customer Care Report. The findings as compiled by the CRU’s Customer Care Team highlight how the overall level of complaints opened by the team across all players in the energy sector, decreased by 37% compared to 2019.
In particular, Pinergy’s strong performance around its customer service offering was reflected in the data related to Pinergy with no customer complaints upheld by the CRU during 2020.
