Landlord Portal makes Perfect
All 111 apartments are installed with Pinergy smart meters providing certified 100 % green electricity. Regular data insights are provided for John Russel, director of Gateway student village who mentioned how he can can check the balance of each unit simply by logging onto the landlord portal. The landlord portal is also used to implement fair usage policy for electricity paid for to students.
John commented on how using Pinergy also cuts out disputes between students, parents and management regarding electricity upon move out. Each student is responsible for their own utility bill. They can simply log onto the Pinergy app and top up their meter as needed.
