Twinlite is a vertically integrated real estate development company led by Rick Larkin and family. They design, build and operate residential assets. Twinlite own and manage approximately 700 units themselves with Pinergy installed in all.
One Three North Development – 376 Apartments
One three North is a new purpose built private residential sector Twinlite developed in Dublin 13. The project stretches to over 500,000 square feet across 5 buildings and just a few minutes’ walk from Clongriffin Dart station.
Energy with Insights
Firstly, Pinergy were able to offer Twinlite 100 % green energy with key data insights provided by information from our smart meter readings. When Pinergy first took on the site we were able to get a consumption profile for the entirety of the site. Each unit has its own smart meter installed and a tenant is in total control of their consumption. They can log on to their Pinergy app and monitor their usage through the ‘In Home Display’ and compare their usage against other households.
Management Made Easy
Twinlite were assigned a dedicated accounts manager by Pinergy to manage the provision of electricity. The account manager is readily available for Twinlite to deal with any queries and solve any problems that may arise in the day to day management of a project like One Three North. The landlord portal provides Twinlite with visibility of their property portfolio. The landlord portal reduces administration around utilities for Twinlite. Changeovers of tenants has never been easier as no meter reads need to be taken when a tenant moves out. The online top up card simply needs to be left behind for the new tenant taking on the lease and they can manage their own utilities.
Pinergy also provided Twinlite with a void pool to cover vacant periods when standing charges still occur. Lastly, Pinergy supplied EV chargers to the scheme in One Three North. A total of 30 EV chargers (10 per block) were installed and they’re future proofed for 30 per block.
