Seasons Change Processes Don’t
During the summer months when students return home these complexes are converted into short term summer accommodation. Apartments and houses are available for weekly or monthly lettings. By using our Landlord Portal there is no billing administration or maintenance work involved in this process as no meter reads need to be taken and outstanding balances can be easily identified and dealt with efficiently.
